CURRICULUM VITAE OF KEY PERSONNEL
MR. ABUBAKAR T. ABDULKADIRI, HND (Est Mgt), ANIVS, RSV; LL.B (Hons), B.L
Principal Partner Mr. Abubakar T. Abdulkadiri is a product of Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi where he obtained Higher National Diploma ( HND) in Estate Management in 1994 at Upper Credit Level and also an award winner for being the best graduating student of his set. He had earlier obtained Ordinary National Diploma in the same discipline in 1987, also at Upper Credit Level. Still in pursuit of knowledge, Mr. Abdulkadiri embarked upon a degree programme in Law at the University of Abuja culminating in his being awarded an LL.B (Hons) in 2005. Thereafter, he proceeded to the Nigeria Law School, Kano Campus in 2006 from where he was awarded a B.L (at Upper Credit Level) and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar on the 10th May, 2007. Mr. Abdulkadiri started his working career as an estate assistant in June 1988 in the estate firm of Daniyan Associates in Jos, Plateau State. While there he was assigned the management of Joseph Gomwalk House- a 10 storey building owned by Plateau Publishing Company. This assignment was satisfactory carried out by him to the admiration of his employers and it consequently earned him rapid promotions. In March 1992, Mr. Abdulkadiri moved to Abuja and joined Bello & Co, one of the leading estate firms in the country. Late in 1992, his employer granted him study leave to pursue his HND programme and this he completed in 1994. He eventually did his one year national service in the firm and was subsequently retained after the completion of the service year in 1995. In the course of his employment with Bello & Co, Mr. Abdulkadiri served at various times as estate surveyor, Head of Departments and, ultimately, as Managing Partner of the company. DAVID OLUWASEYI MORONKOLA Surveyor Mr. David Oluwaseyi Moronkola is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), and soon to be confirmed as an Associate member of the institution. He is also a member of the prestigious African Real Estate Society (AfRES) and by extension a member of the world body – International Real Estate Society (IRES). Mr. Moronkola holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa having either obtained a National Diploma also in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. Mr. Moronkola is a thorough breed Estate Surveyor having acquired requisite professional experience in the course of his employments as outlined herein under before joining Messrs A.T. Abdulkadiri & Co.
AKINOLA TAOHEED DASOLA Surveyor Mr. Akinola Taoheed Dasola holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Mr. Akinola Taoheed is presently a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), and is soon to be confirmed as Associate. He has worked in the following places in the course of which he had acquired useful professional experience:
